Return requests are accepted within 7 days of your order being delivered. Any return or exchange request will be denied if requested 7 days after the package was delivered to you.
While we do not issue refunds, we will gladly accept items eligible for return for store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned or exchanged:
- Jewelry & Accessories
- Sale items, or items discounted in any way such as Flash Sales, Discount codes or Clearance.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit.
We will not process returns until your item is physically received by us in our warehouse. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number as we are not responsible for parcels lost in transit to us.
Credits (if applicable)
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, processed and inspected through our returns department, we will issue you with a credit code via email which expires in 90 days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return has been delivered to our warehouse, processed and inspected through our returns department, we will send you the item you want to exchange for.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
